I offer timely, efficient and friendly advice to my clients while offering flat rate legal fees for most of my services. You know what you are getting from me and how much it will cost you up front before any services are provided. Why is this important? Many of my employee clients are facing financial stressors with a recent termination and appreciate the flat fee approach. I offer severance package reviews on a flat rate basis. If, after my flat rate review, I determine that you have a case for an increased severance and if you instruct me to negotiate for you, I do so on a contingency basis. This means that you only pay more than the flat rate fee, if I secure more compensation for you. You only pay me the contingency fee on any gross increase I can negotiate for you.
